Tensile, flexural, compression, hardness, impact (Charpy, Izod, multiaxial), melt flow, HDT and Vicat, density, tear, peel, and shear strength.

Weathering & Environmental

Xenon and carbon arc, heat and humidity aging, cold chamber, cycling, CASS, salt spray, and autoclave exposures, with property and appearance checks after.

Flammability

Horizontal burn rate to FMVSS 302, ISO 3795, DIN 75200, SAE J369, and OEM flammability methods.

Abrasion & Wear

Taber, Wyzenbeek, Martindale, Gakushin, Stolle, RCA, scuff and mar, and seatbelt abrasion.

Thermal Analysis & FT-IR

DSC, TGA, TMA, and FT-IR for melting points, glass transition, thermal expansion, ash and filler content, material ID, and failure analysis.
