We test well beyond plastics: foams, textiles, coatings, adhesives, rubber, and composites used across automotive supply chains. Tell us your material on the call and we'll confirm what we can run and the turnaround.
When an OEM, customer, or specification requires them, such as PPAP submissions, supplier qualification, regulatory compliance, or a contract. What changes is whether the method is on our formal A2LA scope; the quality of the testing itself is the same either way. Tell us the methods you need and we'll confirm whether they fall under our accreditation (Cert #0079.01).
Mechanical properties, thermal analysis, flammability, weathering exposure, spectroscopy, color analysis, chemical resistance, dimensional analysis, and OEM-specific automotive specifications from the major manufacturers.
Most standard tests return a formal report within 1 to 3 business days after testing is completed, depending on conditioning requirements, complexity, and lab volume. Rush options are available for an additional cost.
