Our materials testing lab is in Harper Woods, Michigan, just outside Detroit. Samples can arrive by shipment from across the United States, Canada, and internationally, so you don’t need to be local to work with us.

It’s a 30-minute technical call between your engineering or quality team and our lab to scope the right methods, confirm we’re accredited for them, flag rejection risks, and plan your timeline before you submit samples. You leave with a clear plan and a written quote, usually within one business day, at no cost or commitment.
Whatever you have: specification documents, OEM method IDs, PPAP requirements, sample photos, target dates, shipping constraints, a draft test plan, or previous reports. Not sure of the exact method? Describe the application and we’ll help identify it, or search our test method database first.
We test well beyond plastics: foams, textiles, coatings, adhesives, rubber, and composites used across automotive supply chains. Tell us your material and we’ll confirm what we can run and the turnaround.
Most standard tests return a formal report within 1 to 3 business days after testing is completed, depending on conditioning requirements, complexity, and lab volume. Rush turnaround is available for an additional cost, subject to capacity, though fixed conditioning windows can’t be shortened.
